BECOME A
MEMBER

It's easy to become a member of The Zoo wrestling
Club. Just bring a copy of your birth certificate and one
of your parents to open registration Oct. and .
Registration will held from 5:00-7:00pm at Jefferson High
School. You can meet the coaches and some of the other
members. If you are unable to make it either day just give
coach Derry a call and make other arrangements. We can
accept new members until February 5, 2005 for the
current season.

At registration you will receive a copy of the practice
schedule as well as a tentative tournament schedule for
the season.

If you have any questions or concerns before registration
please feel free to call Coach Derry at 398-5936. We
certainly understand financial difficulties and are more
than happy to work with you. We want to see every child
interested to be able to join.

Practice is held at Jefferson High School
4145 Samuelson Rd.
Rockford,IL 61109
Membership fee: $60.00
Membership fee includes: club t-shirt, USA Wrestling
membership card(this carries secondary sports insurance),
instruction by IHSA and IKWF certified officials and
coaches.

Please bring a photocopy of your birth certificate with you
to register.
